Craig D. Holt

CARBONDALE – Craig D. Holt, 68, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.



Craig was born on March 22, 1953 to George and Virginia (Buice) Holt, Jr. in Evansville, IN.



Craig worked as floral designer in Tulsa, OK and Dallas, TX until his retirement. Craig was a member of The Ridge Church (formally Walnut Street Baptist Church). He enjoyed singing and preforming in plays.



Craig is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Holt of Wichita, KS; two grandchildren, Jillian Holt and Jude Sizemore of Wichita, KS; mother, Virginia Holt of Carbondale; brothers, Mark (Linda) Holt and David (Jamie) Holt of Gahanna, OH; and several nieces and nephews.



He is preceded in death by his father.



A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 7, at the Ridge Baptist Church with Wes Henson officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at the church.



Memorials may be made to the Ridge Church Building Fund.
