Deborah J. Vogt

Chester - Deborah J. Vogt, 60, passed away at 4:45 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2014 at her home. Deborah was born November 19, 1953 in East St. Louis to Howard Loren and Mary Edna (Wieneke) Ozment. Her mother survives and is of Marion. Other survivors include, a son, James Keith of Chester; two daughters, Lori Contes of Chester and Rebeccah Vogt of Bush; two sisters, Sandra (Bob) Johnson of Marion and Phylis (Diljit) Gulati of Treasure Island, FL; three grandchildren, Rachel and Jordan Berner and Emily Coniglio. She was a member of Grace Church Ministries in Chester and a homemaker. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at Meredith Funeral Home, Carbondale, with Reverend John Annable officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. A graveside service will commence at 2:00 p.m. at Reevesville Cemetery, Reevesville, in Johnson County.
