Katherine Lavone Fulmer

CARBONDALE – Katherine Lavone Fulmer, 70, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.



Katherine was born on December 13, 1950 to Frank M. and Harriett E. (Ketring) Fulmer in Carbondale.



Katherine is survived by her brother, John (Donna) Fulmer; sister, Alesia Fulmer Lipe; several special nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Emma.



She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Harriett Fulmer; nephew, Travis Fulmer; and brother-in-law, Bruce Lipe.



Katherine loved to bake, especially during Christmas time. She enjoyed her many conversations with the residents and staff at Prairie Living at Chautauqua. Katherine also loved her time working at the off-track horse racing venue in Carbondale.



Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Oakland Cemetery in Carbondale.
