Kevin Graham

Carbondale - Kevin Joseph Graham, 53, beloved father, life partner, son and brother, of Carbondale passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. He is survived by his daughter, Ivy Layne Graham, his life partner, Sue Mullen, his mother, Eileen Cullen Graham of Waukegan, brothers Thomas (Lynn Pearson) Graham of Wheeling, Brian (Donna) Graham of Gays Mills WI, and Hugh (Tamara) Graham of Wadsworth. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Graham of Gurnee. Kevin graduated from Warren High School in Gurnee and received both a BA and an MBA from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He was a partner and co-owner of The Noteworthy Group of Carbondale. Kevin enjoyed working outside and gardening. He wrote music and played guitar. He was a hard working dedicated father. He was deeply loved and will be missed. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Meredith Funeral Home in Carbondale with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. A memorial at Lake County IL will be arranged at a later date. Memorials are the preferred form of remembrance and can be made to Ivy Graham's college fund in care of Susan Mullen.
