Richard M Hisgen

CARBONDALE - Richard M. Hisgen "Dick", 66, of Carbondale, passed away at 9:53 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at his home. He was born on April 15, 1946 to George and Evelyn (Maskol) Hisgen in Chicago. His mother survives. Dick is also survived by his three daughters, JJ Renli of Sioux Falls, SD, Kendra Smith of Rapid City, SD and Lynell Hisgen of Omaha, NE; two brothers, Harvey Hisgen of CO and Robert Hisgen of Carbondale. He is preceded in death by his father. Dick had been in the United States Air Force until his retirement. He was also employed by Southern Illinois University; he retired from there as well. He will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD.
