Debra Masters Winters

Grand Tower – Debra (Masters) Winters, 51, passed away on September 23, 2016 in Burfordville, Missouri.



Debra was born on February 25, 1965 to Francis Marion and Rosemary (Cripps) Masters.



She is survived by her Brother, Marion (Sherry) Masters of St. Johns MI; Sister, Terrie (Mike) Hellman of Carrabelle, FL; Sister, Sue Ragland of Cape Girardeau, MO; Brother, Jim Masters of Grand Tower; and sister, Loyce Poole of McClure. She was also survived by 26 nieces and nephews.



Debra was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Lisa Masters Potter; Brother, Randy Masters; and infant daughter Crystal.



Graveside Services for Debra will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Walker Hill Cemetery in Grand Tower.



Memorials are the preferred form of remembrance and may be made to Meredith Funeral Home to help with expenses.
