Michael T. Page

Michael "T" Page, 52, of Granite City, IL, formerly of Carbondale, IL, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at DePaul SSM Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born February 11, 1974, in Beeville, TX, to Michael L Page and Terry (Cyr) Page.

Michael leaves behind his cherished daughter, Natalie Page; his beloved parents, a loving Bonus-Mother, Judi Page; and his brother, James Page. He is also survived by several Aunts & Uncles including: Leah Seyferth (Doug); Barbara Kerley (Richard); Renae Bauer (Jeff); Mary Lorette Cyr; Paul Cyr (Asia); John Cyr (Carol); Rose Appello (Frank); Joe Cyr (Michelle); Bern Cyr; Chris Cyr. He will be fondly remembered by his numerous cousins including: Christy Snider; Kevin Seyferth; and Ashton Bauer. In addition to his family, Michael leaves behind a large circle of devoted friends and cherished AA brothers and sisters, many of whom he mentored, encouraged, and inspired throughout his journey of recovery.

Preceding Michael in death were his Paternal Great- Grand-Parents, Ralph & Ruth (Jenkins) Overturf; Grandparents, Earl Page & Vida (Page) Haacke; Grandparents Edgar & Virgina (Raspillar) Cyr; an Aunt, Reah McKinney; beloved cousin, Nikki Seyferth; numerous friends including his dear friend, Smitty.

Michael began his auto career wrenching for local auto shops in the Carbondale area prior to building the family business, creating one of a kind iron sculptures, fencing, and railings with his Dad and brother at ML Page Ironworks throughout Southern Illinois. He relocated to Granite City where he started his career with Enterprise Leasing, working his way up from a car washer to their Lead A-Tech Expert Mechanic at their Lambert International Airport Location in St. Louis, MO. Michael was an extremely gifted mechanic considered a Go-To for cars impossible to diagnose. Also a gifted craftsman, he built and remodeled many a home for his friends and family.

Michael loved to relax with friends and a game of pool. He loved the peaceful tranquility of his Mother's lakeside home, and the quiet serenity he felt walking in the woods at his Dad's home, but nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his daughter.

When not working or with family, Michael dedicated his life to his AA brothers and sisters, sponsoring, mentoring, and supporting them on their sobriety journey where he passionately championed their success while celebrating his personal journey with 16 years free from drugs & alcohol.

Michael's Family & Friends Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. A Private Celebration of Life in Granite City is also being scheduled.
