Wesley J. Savitz

CARBONDALE – Wesley J. Savitz, 34, of Carbondale, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016.



Wesley was born March 22, 1982 in Carbondale to John K. and Carol (Houck) Savitz.



Wesley was of the Baptist faith. He was employed as an installer for Direct TV. Wesley enjoyed spending time with his friends, riding his motorcycle and fishing. He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.



He is survived by his mother, Carol Heister of Summerville, SC; half-brother, Dillon Valentine of Summerville, S.C.; paternal grandparents, Ardell and John Savitz of Carbondale; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.



He is preceded in death by his father, John K. Savitz.



Memorial services for Wesley will held at 11:00 am on Sunday, October 23, 2016 in South County Line Church, Carbondale with Tom Monroe officiating.



Meredith Funeral Home in Carbondale is assisting the family with arrangements.
